Personvernerklæring
Zoo Pop: Animal Merge · Sist oppdatert 18. oktober 2026
Denne erklæringen gjelder spillet Zoo Pop: Animal Merge. Andre spill fra Andersen Games & IT har egne erklæringer – se forsiden.
Kort fortalt
- Kjøper du «Fjern reklame», vises ingen reklame i spillet.
3. Kjøp i appen
Les mer i Apples personvernerklæring.
6. Barn
Spillet passer for alle aldre.

Privacy Policy
Zoo Pop: Animal Merge · Last updated October 18, 2026
This policy covers the game Zoo Pop: Animal Merge. Other games from Andersen Games & IT have their own policies – see the home page.
In short
- You don't need an account, and we never ask for your name, email or any other personal information.
- Your progress (score, stars and collection) is stored on your device and in your own iCloud, so it follows your Apple Account. We have no access to it.
- In-app purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
- The game shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect some technical information to show and measure ads. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we ask for your consent first.
- The game does not ask for permission to track you, so Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used.
- If you buy “Remove ads”, no ads are shown in the game.
1. Who is responsible
Zoo Pop: Animal Merge (“the game”) is made by Andersen Games & IT (“we”), a sole proprietorship registered in Norway (org. no. 932 087 138, Moldekleivmarka 8B, 5919 Frekhaug, Norway). For any privacy questions, email post@gamesit.no.
2. What is stored on your device and in iCloud
So the game can remember your progress, the following is stored locally on your device:
- score, high scores, stars, daily streak and the animals you have found
- hats and frames you have bought with stars
- settings (sound, music, vibration and language) and an unfinished round
- which purchases have been granted, and when an ad was last shown
If you are signed in to iCloud, a copy of your progress (high scores, stars, collection, hats and frames, daily streak and a random ID for each installation) is also stored in your own iCloud account. That way you have the same progress on iPhone and iPad, and everything comes back if you delete and reinstall the app. Sound, language and unfinished rounds stay on the device. iCloud is handled by Apple under Apple's own terms, and we have no access to what is stored there.
None of this is sent to us or anyone else. Without iCloud, your progress stays on the device and is deleted when you delete the app. If you use iCloud Backup, Apple may also include this data in your device backup.
3. In-app purchases
Star packs and “Remove ads” are bought through the Apple App Store. Apple handles the payment, and we never receive your card number, name or email address. The game only receives a confirmation from Apple of what was bought, so the stars can be added or the ads removed. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
4. Ads from Google AdMob
The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob, a Google service. To show ads, Google's software in the app may collect and process:
- your IP address, used to estimate your approximate location (for example, your country)
- technical identifiers for the app and device (but not Apple's advertising identifier – see below)
- information about the ads shown and whether you tap them
- basic device and app information, such as model, OS version and language
- performance and crash data for Google's software
Google uses this to show ads, limit how often the same ad appears, measure results and prevent fraud. Google processes this data as an independent controller. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
No tracking
The game does not ask for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency). This means neither we nor Google have access to Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA), and we do not combine data from the game with data from other companies' apps or websites.
Consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland
If you live in the EEA (including Norway), the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent using Google's consent form before showing ads. Processing is then based on your consent and, where Google states so, on legitimate interest for limited ads. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they won't be tailored to you. You can change your choice at any time under Settings in the game.
Ads suitable for everyone
Ads are set to content suitable for all ages. If you still see an ad that doesn't feel right, we'd appreciate an email, ideally with a screenshot.
Remove ads
Once you have bought “Remove ads”, the game shows no ads.
5. Crash reports
If you have turned on sharing with app developers in iOS Settings (Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements), Apple may send us anonymous crash reports. They help us fix bugs. We don't use any other analytics tools.
6. Children
The game is suitable for all ages. We don't ask anyone for personal information, including children, and the game has no chat, no sharing between players and no sign-in. Purchases are protected by Apple's own settings, such as Screen Time and Ask to Buy. If you believe we have nevertheless received personal information about a child, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data and to object to processing. Since we don't store personal information about you, there is normally nothing for us to show or delete. For data processed by Google, you can change your consent in the game and exercise your rights with Google. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) or the data protection authority in your country.
8. Changes
We will update this page if the game changes how it uses data. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
